It is not uncommon to find different kinds of Bee in Lamma Island. If you don't bother them, they wouldn't bother you. One nest is located just a block away from my home. The location of the nest is quite "special". It is not on the tree, but inside a crack of a building exterior wall. I guess quite a number of bees can be found inside it.
These hard working bee is always amazing to look at.
